Support
Universal Prompt Intelligence (UPI) is published by Sean Adams, a solo publisher. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis.
How to get help
Email: [email protected]
Please use a clear subject line, such as “UPI support” followed by a few words about the issue.
What to include in a support request
The more of the following you can include, the easier it is to understand and reproduce the problem:
- What you were trying to do.
- The prompt or request involved — only if you are comfortable sharing it. Please do not send passwords, private keys, or other secrets.
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- Which model you were compiling for (for example, GPT, Claude, or the universal format).
- If a counting or validation tool was involved, the result it reported, including any counts or pass/fail messages.
What to expect
Support is best-effort. The publisher will read your message, try to reproduce the issue where possible, and reply with an explanation, a workaround, or a note that the issue has been recorded for a future update. There is no guaranteed response time and no paid support tier.
What UPI cannot do
UPI cannot recover deleted chats or prompts, and it does not have access to your ChatGPT account, your conversations, or your OpenAI settings. If a chat or prompt has been deleted in ChatGPT, or you need help with your OpenAI account, billing, or access, please contact OpenAI support instead — the publisher cannot help with those.
