Privacy Policy — Universal Prompt Intelligence (UPI)
What UPI is
Universal Prompt Intelligence has two parts:
- A skill — instruction and reference files that run inside ChatGPT and guide how the model compiles and refines prompts.
- An MCP validation server, operated by the publisher, that provides deterministic counting and validation tools.
This policy covers both parts. It describes what the publisher does — and does not do — with text submitted to the validation server.
How the validation server handles your text
When a counting or validation tool is used, the text you ask to measure is sent to the validation server. The server performs the measurement and returns the result — counts, pass/fail, and deltas — to ChatGPT so the result can be shown to you.
The server is designed to store nothing:
- Submitted text is processed in memory.
- It is not written to a database.
- It is not saved to disk.
- It is not retained after the response is returned.
Like most online services, the server keeps ordinary operational logs to keep the service running — for example timestamps, method names, and status or error codes. Those logs do not include submitted text.
What the publisher does not collect
- No user accounts for UPI.
- No cookies or trackers from the publisher.
- No data collected for advertising.
- No sale of data, and no sharing of data with third parties for their own purposes.
Because submitted text is not retained by the validation server, there is no store of user text for the publisher to sell, share, or disclose.
Your conversations in ChatGPT
The skill runs inside ChatGPT. What OpenAI does with your conversations — including any text you provide while using UPI in ChatGPT — is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy and terms, not by this policy. Please refer to OpenAI's published privacy policy and terms of use for how OpenAI handles conversation data.
Support emails
If you email the publisher for support, your email address and the contents of your message will be used to respond to you. Please do not send passwords, private keys, or other secrets in a support email.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date.
